Diploma-Master English on-campus and online

ACT units whether offered in on-campus or online mode at PTC have resources and/or activities provided online. Please check the the individual unit descriptions (or the main college website or handbook) to know in which mode a unit is offered.

Once you have enrolled in a unit, you will either:

(a) be given an 'enrolment key' to access the online unit area. This is usually provided by the lecturer on the first day of lectures for on-campus units.

(b) be added to the online unit area by the registrar. This is usually the case for online units, and can be done quite close to the start of the first lecture week (e.g. on the Monday of the week in which lectures start).

This online unit with pre-recorded lectures considers pastoral care and pastoral counselling skills in a marriage context, including counselling for various stages of marriage for marital conflict, unfaithfulness, separation, blended families, domestic violence, and remarriage.

This unit can taken entirely on-campus or entirely online. On-campus students attend lectures on-campus. Online students are encouraged to participate in the video-conferenced on-campus lectures, but recordings are also available.

This is an on-campus unit at PTC. In the online unit area, notes can be downloaded, assignments uploaded, forum posts made, and lecture recordings and bibliographical resources accessed. Weekly on-campus attendance is required for the duration of the semester in which the unit is offered.
